Working at Heights Construction Recertification (Classroom)

The in-person WAH Re-Cert program provides participants with an understanding of potential fall hazards and controls, the appropriate selection, use and limitations of various types of fall protection and arresting equipment.
Topics Include:
- Hazard assessments
- Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
- Practical application and demonstration of harness inspection
- Relevant legislation
- Responsibilities and roles of various parties when working at heights under the OHSA
- Post-fall rescue planning
- The hazards of static suspension
- Correct recovery of a fall victim, and procedures
This program is certified as having all the WAH requirements and is CPO approved.
